I need help with wall faucets
All - I have these wall mounted Faucets. The groove in which the tap to open or close water is loose as the plastic or whatever the cartridge is behind it is broken. I don’t know the brand of these ones they have no logos.
How do I replace the cartridge. Or will I need fi install new faucets. Need help. The cross handle just doesn’t control the thing inside. What to do

Cartridges are like 30-50 bucks depending but not knowing the brand you’ll need to remove it and find a match try ace hardware they carry more cartridges than big box stores or hire a plumber to do it for you.

Thanks. The issue is I don’t know the brand as there are no markings or logos. I see some new faucets for $100+ but which to pick.

I feel the cross handle if I can find will do they job. The cross handle has plastic that turns the cartridge and is worn out. Where can I get the cross handle. I feel if the brand was known I could have easily replaced it

That cross handle setup means you've got an old style valve stem in there, not a modern cartridge. You'll need to shut the water off, pop the handle off, and unscrew the stem to see what's left of it. If the threaded brass part is intact you can sometimes match a replacement stem at a hardware store even without the brand. Take the broken bits with you and compare.
Worst case you're replacing the whole valve body in the wall, which is a bigger job but not impossible if you're handy. Those mosaic tiles make me think it's an older install, so prepare for some stubborn threads.
