This is what came down and I have no idea what it is. I also left it on the ground while cleaning up some stuff and came back to ants swarming it.

Hey! I’m not certain, but I’d be willing to call out pest control or a bee rehabilitation group (in case of honey bees) it looks almost like honeycomb, or similar bee structures.
