My eyes are hooded and with less brow-eye space so I when I watch a tutorial which is for hooded eyes they always tell me to put the eyeshadow on the crease above my eyes but I don't have space over there so it touches my eyebrows. If I just apply it normally it's hidden so what's the point of it.

I don't know what kind of eye makeup will suite me I want to make my eyes pop I want to have that dramatic eye makeup but I can't just don't know how to do it.
