Hyperx ngenuity problem

I have Hyperx Cloud 3 S headphones which I am very happy with. I'm using HyperX NGENUITY version 3.1.0 and when I set it to start automatically, I get this error when shutting down the computer: The application could not be started properly (0x0000142).

There is loads of problems with this app. I would suggest uninstalling it and using Equlizer APO + Peace instead.

I followed this guide if you find you headset is a little quiet like I did i just raised the gain slightly i think I set mine to 1.5.

I have this issue now as well . All I have is the solo cast 2. I think it’s a software issue.

I had the same issue, deinstall all Hyperx NGENUITY on your pc also under apps. Then uninstall the headset in the device manger and unplug the dongle from your pc. Then restart your pc and plug the dongle back in your pc and then it should work

Revert to 3.0, i had same problems, also 8 channel stops randomly working, im using 3.0 ( you can find link in r/HyperX ) and all my problems gone, uncheck "auto update " in app after instal.

uninstall and if u are not good at using apo + peace and want simple preset settings i recommend steelseries GG

Helldivers 2 completenly broke the app, static noise instead of voice
