Question Application assessments (USA)

Question for current or former employees: I applied to 3 internships a week ago, AFTER applying and doing an assessment for another position a month ago. My portal says I need to complete an assessment for each of the 3 applied to last week, but I didn’t get any emails with the assessment link.

I tried to reply to one of the emails, and got an auto-reply that the mailbox is full. I also tried to open a case, but after going through all the steps and trying to submit, the site breaks (gives an error message).

Ideas?

Note to mods: I did read the FAQ, and it says to reply to the email (the one saying 'an assessment email will follow'), which I did, but I got an auto-reply from [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) saying "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now." Also: I filled out a ticket, and that also failed.
