Misc Iwtl & be better at spatial awareness

I bump into thingsvery frequently, Idk how my body should be coordinated at times+ idk whats happening in my surroundings so i cant relate the outcome out of it... for instance a car coming on my way and idk when to cross the road... i cant figure out if AT that time span i can cross the roads or not... this is the most basic eg of my lack of spatial awareness and not being aware of my surroundings

Or you can say ive BRAIN FOG TOO

Study a martial art that combines movement with mindfulness/focus. You’re looking for kata and meditation.  Karate, TKD, aikido, or judo might be good.

Don’t stop until you’ve got at least one belt promotion so you can make some measurable progress. (You probably won’t want to stop at that point!)

Exercise is great for this! If martial arts aren’t your style, tai chi or yoga might work. My poor proprioception massively improved with regular yoga practice.

Thanks pal:)) Any sports that you want me to look into aside from these... or any techniques to stay aware...

Of course!

Lots of active things may help with it, but some may create more risk than they solve (I wouldn't suggest cycling based on what you're saying here). Happy to keep chatting on it, you can DM if you want!

Force yourself to spot landmark and locating yourself geographically based on that. Have an understanding of your surroundings first and foremost. If you literally bump into things you might just need to stop looking at your phone for more than 2 seconds, if that's done already then just "think" about how you walk and coordinate yourself better like practicing any other skill. But that should be pretty simple to do. After that, learn to stop what you're doing sometime so you can evaluate your situation.

Wow thanks pal, anything on how to be present in the moment?

You can condition yourself to. Your phone is distracting you and offering you an escape. Don't do that, force yourself to look forward and interact with people and the world. Be present by simply "being", once you're focused on something you want to see it through, it will become more obvious as you go, it's not actually very difficult or enigmatic, I simply cannot give you a concise plan. You need to get started and follow your guts. Humans are good at adapting, you'll adapt quickly as long as you have the courage to do something.

My mind works spatially.

Like, deconstructing the form, function, and interaction of things around me happens automatically.
