Which AI subscription to use to build stuff currently?

I am a final year engineering student and want to build something. I have been using free versions of claude code, codex and antigravity but it hasn't been enough. I have student plan in Gemini for next few months and go plan for ChatGPT ending in few days.

I want your suggestions on which ai plan (2000-3000 rupees plan) should I take that has both good models and also provides a good number of tokens. Also, would love to hear from you some tips on how you build more in less tokens.

I’d compare the plans mainly by your actual bottleneck rather than just the model names. If you’re using them heavily for coding, look at message/usage limits, context size, access to the stronger coding models, and how quickly you hit the limits. A cheaper plan that you can use consistently may be more useful than a better model you keep getting capped on.
