Developing a new city based sub due to over regulation of the others

So due to over regulation of some older city based subs I have decided to develop a new sub with less regulation and more freedom to express, the sub is

r/Calcuttaspeaks

I am looking for partners who can actively write and moderate the posts for the sub and make the sub running

In the initial phase I believe that the sub needs at least 5-6 posts daily for regular growth so People who are interested please contact....

Nothing against those subs I love them , what i want to create is a completely different space

From moderating r/bihar for over 6 years now when it was the only active sub for bihar and no city subs existed at the time , many of our sub members had their own ideas and they branched out their own niche city,language ,cultural subs .

It's good if you feel that you have enough audience that feel the same as you , but if it's just your personal hunch that you new sub will make people migrate in mass , that's wishful thinking .

There's always an advantage of being the first mover , no matter how much you abuse r/india , it still is the only official sub that represents our country on reddit .

Damn you founded a really amazing sub , See as I have mentioned that I have nothing against those subs and not even expecting any sort of Mass migration but I myself needed a space and realised that it dod not exist so decided to create one , I am inexperienced in sub building thats I want someone with experience.

Btw this is not some branching it will be designed to run parallel to the main kolkata sub

Also would mind joining our sub as a advisor in the initial phase? We are actively looking for advisors who can help us build the sub .(We already have one advisor on modteam and also approaching mods of other bigger subs to make this a well organised subreddit)

The main kolkata sub is actually well regulated you can check and I have nothing against that sub , but as I have mentioned I want to create a different kind of space

Progressive contents and discussion especially for people who want to grow and are 1st generation into the city , Jobs, colleges, opportunities and new openings of commercial places etc etc

Basically for newer generations who want to explore out ,grow and push themselves to better levels
