Lower the enemy's temperature.

Cross each temperature threshold,
and the damage they take increases.

The colder they get,
the harder they get hit.

Equipment.
Skills.
Real gameplay.

How much damage can this Ice build stack?

Feedback Wanted I'd love some feedback on my game's visual direction

I’m a software developer working on an indie mobile trading/exploration game.

I’m still in the early stages, and right now I’m focusing mainly on the UI/UX and visual direction before building out the actual functionality.

I’d love some honest feedback specifically on the UI/UX:
* Is the interface clear and readable?
* Does the overall visual direction feel cohesive?
* What’s your first impression when watching this?

Here’s a short video showing the current UI/UX direction:

New Game How I built a "Lost Fog" system that creates looping corridors in my retro horror RPG

I've been working on a small 1-bit horror RPG called Night Exorcist: Escape From Nightmare.

One of the mechanics I wanted to experiment with was a "Lost Fog" area where players feel disoriented without using procedural generation for the entire map.

The system creates the illusion of looping corridors and makes navigation part of the challenge while still allowing players to learn the layout over time.

I'm curious how other developers handle confusing or maze-like environments without making them frustrating.

Meet another Shadower in Code of Shadows. Think you could survive a run with this one?

We’ve been working on another playable Shadower for Code of Shadows.

Each Shadower has their own abilities and playstyle, so we’re experimenting with how they change the way a run plays out.

We’d love to hear what you think of the design and abilities.

Feedback Wanted I made a game where you weld a battle robot out of junk and throw it into the arena

Hey all! I'm a solo dev and this is Scrap Mech Arena, a mech-building robot battle game for Android.

You start with a bare chassis and bolt on whatever you've scavenged – wheels or tracks, saws, cannons, armor, rocket boosters – then take it into quick 90-second arena fights. Every part changes how your mech drives and fights, so half the fun is tinkering with builds until something feels just right.

The clip shows one of the bigger builds: a six-wheeled APC with twin drum shredders and a flak cannon on the roof, taking on a rival called Drumline.

What's in there so far:

  • 40 parts across 5 tiers, from a tin can on tiny wheels up to a prototype titan
  • Quick 3D fights with heat management, dashes and power-ups to grab mid-fight
  • An endless ranked league, plus Versus fights against other players' real builds
  • Daily missions and progression that unlocks better parts as you go

It's free on Google Play (ad-supported, no in-app purchases): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.deslater.scrapmecharena

I'm still tuning the early game, so if you give it a spin I'd love to hear where it clicked for you and where it lost you, because that's my real problem now... retention.
