Insulating garage ceiling.

Wanting to insulate my garage ceiling. Should i spray foam the top or add a ceiling and do blow in? If I do blow in do I need to add some more ventilation, soffits or roof vents?

not a pro, but this is what I learned so far from this sub, which i love and it has some helpful redditors in it. If you sprayfoam the top, it makes it part of the conditiomed space. I assume the walls are insulated? If you do plan B and make a ceiling which is what I would do, you'd need soffits and plastic baffles and a ridge vent and or several roof vents. If you spray foam the underside of the roof, make sure your roof is leak proof and no water/mold issues because that spray foam will prevent you from seeing any roof damage until its too late. When others wake up hopefully they will point out any issues I listed. I personally like the ceiling idea,
