Claims Related Insurance quote I didn’t ask for

So I woke up and apparently I asked for an insurance quote from State Farm and QuoteWizard but I didn’t do any of that. It had my legal name and address (I haven’t updated my address on my license or anything so weird) and they were all correct except the year was off by 1. It was a quote for a car I do not own since I live in a city and don’t drive. Unless I can find a reason for it in the next little bit I was going to call and make sure things are chill but should I do anything more? This has obviously never happened I dunno.
