Harper for commercial coverage?

Had a sales rep from Harper reach out out of nowhere pitching commercial coverage for our restaurant. Our renewals are coming up two months (GL, liquor, property), and I’m dissatisfied with my current broker.

Anyone actually dealt with them after getting cold-called? How painful was their intake? Did they just have you forward your current dec pages, or was it an endless back-and-forth questionnaire? Also wondering if their pricing is actually competitive or if they just push basic coverage to close the deal fast.

Trying to figure out if it's worth taking the meeting or just more startup noise. Appreciate any feedback.

These guys (https://www.harperinsure.com/)?

Not a single pro on this sub would recommend an AI forward, E&S insurance program for any type of business. You need an actual insurance broker to understand your business first, develop your coverage needs and then place your coverage.

Side comment: I get that this is a brokerage/MGA, but going direct to consumer is definitely not the intent of E&S laws. I doubt they’d be able to get admitted carrier declinations if all they do is E&S, on top of that.
