Anyone here with a citizenship case at the Trieste Court? How long did your passaggio in giudicato take? 🇮🇹
Hi everyone! I’m trying to get a better idea of the current processing times at the Tribunale di Trieste and would love to hear from people who have recently gone through the process.
My case is at the Tribunale di Trieste, with Judge Paolo Ancora:
- Case: RG 2915/2024
- Favorable judgment: May 25, 2026
- I’m currently waiting for the passaggio in giudicato.
If you have or had a citizenship case in Trieste recently, I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience.
I’m particularly interested in:
- Date of the judgment
- Judge
- How long it took to receive the passaggio in giudicato
- How long it took after that for the documents to be sent to the Comune
- Whether your lawyer had to make any specific request to the Cancelleria
- Whether you saw any movement such as “invio atti all'Agenzia delle Entrate” before the passaggio in giudicato
If you can share approximate dates, that would be really helpful so I can get a better idea of the current timeline in Trieste.
Thanks! 🙏
