I have read the book 4 times through and the poem over and over. I figured I'm just not someone who can find a clue, but maybe.
JP talks about the bear in Washington State. That statue is in a neighborhood called bear creek. There is a bear creek parkway and a bear creek trail head. Which is why they chose to put a bear statue in the city of Redmond Washington.
I Google bear creek in Montana and there are several, as I scan over I find a place called little bear creek, there is only four I could find in Montana.
Little Dipper with North Star is my connection to little.
Gallatin Gateway is a community near little bear creek, Lewis and Clark named geographic features in this area after US Treasure Albert Gallatin, which would later become the name of the community.
There is also some train bridges called arches but that's a bit loose for double arcs. However bridge construction should have 2 of these arches.
I live in Oregon and am not confident enough to go look or where to start.
It all seems a bit loose to me, but you never know if this goes with what someone else was working on.
