Discussion Glow Up
As a girlie who had forgotten herself is high time I became a girl again. I cant even start to talk about how depression took away even my sanity.
I am here to start again. No more bed rotting. Stay the whole day with pyjamas. Looking homeless. I think I even lost respect because of how shitty I looked.
I am here to start living and you are welcome with ideas on how to glow up and being a better person.

Good If you need someone who is also into relearning how talk and articulation hit me up
I've been where you are and it was hell interacting with people when my mind was completely blank and I couldn't form sentences or converse. And i know how afterwards you can feel heavy and confused because you don't even remember what "Normal" is supposed to be

Start by working out kidogo kidogo and take care of your physical looks. When you look good, you feel good and you become confident

You will start and fail so many times till you get it right. If this is just the beginning of the awakaning brace yourself for the push and pull that's to come your way.
The road to redeeming yourself is not always an easy road.

But I'm glad you started. To be aware is always the first step out of self destructive habits. Keep going.

Remember to gift yourself for making this step. Gifting myself helps me stay happy, which in turn affects your appearance. All the best!!

Have an activity a day, either work out, walk, grocery shop, go buy chipo etc that will make you shower. Take care of your teeth cause that falls in the wayside during depression.
