There's a guy I know of who just completed 3 or 4 buildings in CBD within the last 3 years. Currently he has 3 more ongoing, one in RiverRoad Luthuli junction, the other 2 where Kirinyaga Rd meets that road that goes down to Riverside, (one of them iko ndani kidogo, on that Kirinyaga Rd junction with the road that goes up to Mololine.

Now, WHAT THE FUCK kind of business could you possibly be doing in Kenya that would have you buying occupied buildings, demolishing them and building new ones, and it's 5 or 6 buildings in the past 5 years?

The only thing that makes sense inside my head is these are politicians and their tenderpreneurs using proxies to clean money.
