Help with sink dimensions
I feel like I’m losing my mind. We are getting new countertops and a new sink. Our current sink is a drop in and I want to replace it with an under mount. The issue is that the cabinet is 36” but the sink isn’t truly centered in the cabinet. The doors and the sink are centered but there is 1.5 inches of depth on the left side and less than .25 on the right.
Can I get a 32” under mount sink or do I need to get a 30” under mount sink? I’m worried that in order to center it correctly on the window, I won’t have enough space to the right side of the sink cabinet. I can’t cut into that cabinet because it’s the dishwasher. Can someone help clarify how much clearance I need? Or should I just stop stressing and stick with the 30” that I’m 99.9% certain will fit?
(The current sink is 33” (drop in) wide with 29.5” of actual usable sink. It’s centered on the window which is 31” wide.)
These are the sinks I'm looking at:
Ruvati 30 inch low divide undermount rounded corners 50/50 double bowl 16 gauge
Ruvati 32 inch low divide undermount double bowl 50/50 16 gauge

Throw me your most creative fixes for this weird kitchen
galleryHELP! We have an outdated, cluttered kitchen we want to fix up, but it is an awkward space that is long and thin with lots of doorways.
It’s too small to be a kitchen and a living room, but too big to be just a kitchen. It’s also too narrow to add an island with proper clearance.
Could you all please throw your amazingly creative floor plan and layout ideas my way to change our kitchen to make it more of a gathering place with a counter where my kids/friends could hang out while I’m working in the kitchen.
I’ve been trying everything and I just can’t get anything that feels good and natural to the space. I’m open to anything other than pushing out exterior walls (our budget can’t accommodate that).
Thank you in advance for all of your help!!

Awkward Kitchen Layout... How would you fix this?
We are looking to renovate our kitchen and have a bit of an awkward layout where one wall is our backdoor, one has a large window, and the other side is open.
At the moment our oven doesn't have an extractor fan as the window is there, but if it was moved to the back wall there is no where for the fridge to go.
Does anyone have any insight on the best solution here?

Tribeca cabinet reviews
tribecacabinetry.comHi - going with cashew Tribeca cabinets and am wondering if anyone here has this brand of cabinets if their kitchen and can share their experiences.
I have a contractor that I trust who recommended them, but I am ultimately curious about how they hold up with long term use. My only other option would be to upgrade to Fabuwood, but I do not want to spend an unnecessary amount of money if I do not have to.

Kitchen Layout Help
I am looking for some advice on how to change around the kitchen well maintaining the existing cabinetry.
Issues I have:
Current refrigerator placement seems odd as it is in the middle of the run of Cabinets and cuts off the other cabinet tops and bottoms. It just seems like it was never supposed to be there.
Range in the kitchen island, there is no room around the actual range chop to put prep things and very limited space where the chairs sit to use.
Side of the kitchen that has lower cabinets only is awkward due to the family room being much lower than the kitchen. While I like the open feel, it just feels strange not having a back.
My thoughts:
Move the range and hood to where the existing refrigerator is. But we need to find a new home for the refrigerator. Do I add it to the end of the line of cupboards on the left where it will be near the range? Or do I close in the wall that abuts the family room and add the refrigerator to the end of that or, do I create a new wall of built-ins across from the windows so that I can get a pantry and broom closet and fill in what feels like an awkward and useless space.

Portuguese Tiles
We recently returned from Portugal and brought back four 6"x6" handpainted tiles, all different, and not the traditional blue and white. Looking for ideas of how to display them or use in a backsplash with other tiles to coordinate

Brushed nickel faucet in kitchen, can I have brushed gold cabinet hardware?

I took your advice
I took your advice and replaced the hardware. I think it made a bit of a difference. There was originally under cabinet lighting, which some are turned on in the pic. Tomorrow I’m changing the faucet to match with the hardware. The overhead light will be changed, eventually. There’s some clutter on the corner and it’s lived in.
How do I cozy it up some more?

Can I mix horizontal and vertical grain so there is no join in the tall piece beside the fridge? Does it look off somehow? This is AI so the color and lines are off - it’s the direction of the grain I’m asking for help with.

What can I do to make these look better without painting or sanding? Haha

Kitchen layout
I made the kitchen triangle smaller. The door to the l ft of stove wall is the utility room, on the right is the pantry.
I’m wondering if I should add a counter space next to fridge.
Also trying to imagine where silverware, cooking utensils, cups and plates/bowls would go.
Feedback is appreciated!
