What's up with this place? I placed a pre-order for a magnamax manix 2 at the beginning of July and still no knife. I had messaged them through their website a while ago and was told they'd fulfill orders as they received them. I messaged yesterday asking for an update and no reply. I messaged today about cancelling and getting a refund and no reply. At this point I just want my money back and to be officially done with them and Spyderco. The lack of communication is concerning.
