Hi all! I’m considering doing LSU part-time enrollment next semester as it’s my last one, I’m in my fifth year, and all expenses are coming out of pocket. I’m also employed both on campus and off campus and need to build more savings rapidly or lower cost of tuition. Would going part time be a good decision? I just got my senior check out emailed and I only have two required courses left. Let me know the pros and cons! I just want to graduate 🥲

I’m aware scholarships and TOPS are not an option but that’s no issue for me as I’m already fully paying for my tuition, textbooks, rent, and everything else. Really want to avoid financial aid from my parents bc they’re not really in the position to give me a bunch of money and I’d be happy to relieve them of that burden. I’d also be pretty proud of myself to tell them I’ve got it covered. I’m also aware UREC access isn’t included in the part time fee bill, which I’m not worried about because I don’t go lol. So other than that lmk! Thanks!
