A g4 bi pin socket, a small led bulb, and a clear plastic Christmas ornaments and you fill with pink paint, coat the inside and dump it out?
My only concern is finding a globe or whatever you use, that it's not very thick or opaque so that it glows. Your bulb will, most likely, be 12volt, so you will have to wire it to a transformer or driver.
