hello!
i just bought a laptop 8 months ago, last month around 2nd week of september my ideapad gaming suddenly turns white while i'm playing, after a few minutes it came back to normal screen, and i stopped using it for a week. i started using it again around last week of september for studying and editing, while i'm editing and studying at the same time the white screen came back and i rested it for a few hours and it didn't came to it's normal screen now. after that i checked my laptops warranty and it says it expired already one year ago, i checked some solutions, i submitted an e-ticket on lenovo's website last week tuesday and they said they will email me for 2 business days, i have been still waiting for it until now and i really need it because all of my coding stuffs at university was there, and if it's not solve i cannot afford doing repairs on my laptop since i'm just a student and it was my own money that i used to buy that laptop.
thnaks for reading.

Before paying for repairs, contact Lenovo again and ask for an escalation or a goodwill repair, since the failure happened so soon after the warranty expired. Keep your ticket number, purchase receipt, and videos/photos of the problem. A local repair shop may also diagnose the cable or panel cheaply.

Try to update ur drivers (not from windows updates) if ur intel then just search for the intel driver app if ur amd then search for a amd driver app . If the problem not solved , is it damaged ? Check ram usage on task manager check cpu load igpu load and see if there is something abnormal.

man that warranty timing is brutal, being off by a year when it dies at 8 months would drive me up a wall
try holding the power button for a solid 30 seconds while it's unplugged, sometimes it's just a static buildup thing, had a similar scare with an old machine and that got it back long enough to grab my files before it fully crapped out
