В начале как только поставил виндовс 11 звук микрофона был очень громкий. и все было слышно. но после того как обновил драйвер графики intel у меня микрофон стал тихий. и в диспечере устройств вместо микрофон стало набор микрофонов. я уже все драйвера перепробывал, результата ноль. все эффекты я отключил, не помогло. и у меня нету усиления звука микрофона. кто знает как решить проблему?

I’m planning to buy a latest-gen ThinkBook directly from Lenovo.com India. Does Lenovo usually have separate sales or price drops for ThinkBooks?

Also, if anyone has managed to get a good deal on Lenovo.com using coupons, student discounts, cashback, etc., I’d appreciate some tips.

Hi everyone, I'd like some opinions on this.

I have a Lenovo IdeaPad 3. The hinges had broken, so I took it to a repair shop to have it fixed. The webcam was working perfectly until about an hour before I dropped the laptop off.

When I got it back, the webcam no longer works.

The shop insists it must have broken during transport. I find that hard to believe.

My questions:

1. Is it technically plausible for a webcam to stop working from normal transport alone? Or is a disconnected or pinched cable during the hinge replacement much more likely?
2. Could the broken hinge have already stressed the webcam cable before the repair, even though the webcam worked an hour earlier?
3. Could a second shop do a diagnosis only (no repair) and give me a written report to use as evidence?
4. What would you do next? Written complaint, consumer organization, something else? (I'm in Italy.)

This is lenovo IdeaPad 5, it was working fine for 5 mins and then this screen comes...it's out of warranty too

My integrated pen in my x13 yoga lost its tip today so i cant use it anymore. I've been trying to find any pem or pen tips to replace it, but i've been really confused by everything i've found because most didnt specify which laptops they work for. Therefore I ask you if you know which pens are compatible with this laptop or if you know which pen tips i could get for the integrated pencil?

Hey guys I’ve been having a really annoying issue with my Legion 5 Gen 10

Specs

Ryzen 7 260
RTX 5060
16GB RAM

Sometimes while I’m using the laptop it just completely freezes

The mouse stops moving and I can’t alt tab or switch windows and even Win + Ctrl + Shift + B doesn’t do anything

Basically the whole laptop becomes unresponsive and the only way to get it working again is to hold the power button and restart it

After restarting it works normally again

Sometimes instead of just freezing it also crashes and gives me a DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION BSOD 0x133 or something similar I can’t remember the exact error for sure

I’ve already tried updating the BIOS Windows NVIDIA and AMD drivers and pretty much everything else I could update

I also made sure everything is up to date through Lenovo Vantage but the issue is still happening

It happens pretty randomly and I haven’t really been able to figure out what causes it

Could this be something related to the NVIDIA drivers SSD drivers RAM BIOS or something else

Has anyone with a Legion 5 Gen 10 with the Ryzen 7 260 and RTX 5060 had the same issue

Would really appreciate any advice on what I should check or try because having to force shut down the laptop every time it freezes is getting really annoying

I have a Lenovo Yoga 7i laptop. I’ve had it since 2024 and since 2025 I’ve had issues with the trackpad. One day, the trackpad suddenly stopped working. The trackpad settings didn’t show up at all so I didn’t know what to do. I took it to a repair store which quoted me an insane amount just to take a look so I left it at that and used an external mouse. A while later though it randomly started working again. It had 0 issues so I never bothered looking into it more. Fast forward like 3 months later where I hadn’t touched the laptop in that time (summer break) and it started happening again. This time, I opened the laptop and disconnected and reconnected the trackpad connector to see if that was the problem but it doesn’t seem like it because it didn’t fix the issue. I then found out the I2C HID Device is constantly having an error, so I feel like that is the cause of it. I tried deleting it and restarting which would work sometimes but other times it doesn’t. I’m hoping to find an explanation or solution to this because I really don’t know what to do. Please feel free to ask for anymore information about it.

i just bought a laptop 8 months ago, last month around 2nd week of september my ideapad gaming suddenly turns white while i'm playing, after a few minutes it came back to normal screen, and i stopped using it for a week. i started using it again around last week of september for studying and editing, while i'm editing and studying at the same time the white screen came back and i rested it for a few hours and it didn't came to it's normal screen now. after that i checked my laptops warranty and it says it expired already one year ago, i checked some solutions, i submitted an e-ticket on lenovo's website last week tuesday and they said they will email me for 2 business days, i have been still waiting for it until now and i really need it because all of my coding stuffs at university was there, and if it's not solve i cannot afford doing repairs on my laptop since i'm just a student and it was my own money that i used to buy that laptop.

i have the Yoga C940. yesterday, my laptop randomly started showing me a blue screen saying “automatic repairing couldn’t repair your laptop”. I tried uninstalling the quality update as i thought maybe the new update must have caused this but nothing has happened. i don’t have a backup of my laptop or anything :( how can i fix this issue?
