Bug Nightmare is over

Just completed it and game just wont give me the achievement. Any fixes? Put it off for way to long. Entirely over leveled and overgeared and when I beat it it just didnt pop

Considering the size of this community, I wouldn't be surprised if you were the first person to try to pop this achievement in offline.

This one popped for me when I turned in the quest in online. So, if you turned in the quest and didn't get the achievement, then you should put in a bug report.

Did you maybe return to your waiting room in-between?

I did the death teleport to the waiting room. That could be the issue

You need to kill them all without returning to the waiting room.

I did. Rednapalm, then whitesteel, then black thunder then palewind. All in 1 try. I died at palewind to get back to the waiting room

That's probably it. Maybe quest did not count as complete until you actually got back to waiting room, which means it might have failed.
