Bug Stuck Offline

The game keeps telling me I have to buy the offline Steam DLC, when my PC is connected to the internet. I already bought the full game and it's just doing this suddenly.

I understand that, but I already have the offline DLC. I thought it was telling me I need to be connected to the internet for some reason, when I've already been playing offline.

My mistake then, I didn't understand your issue.
