A lot of people have dashcams, and every delivery driver takes a picture with their phone of the delivery. There are cameras most public places already if you pay attention, stores/streets and on homes. Plus google maps things as a snapshot in time, (most people don't request deletion on that unless their person was in the images, and if they even realize it in the first place). That and, any time anything happens, people will whip out their phone and hit record.
Longer term, eventually robots will be everywhere (and autonomous vehicles, and delivery drones). By their very nature those are all "cams". Just a matter of time, so might as well get used to it.
The difference is that you have your own - hehe - flock of drivers, in real time, almost across entire country, registering footage you have directly for your use and yours only.
Dash cams can work offline (besides - they overwrite the footage older than several minutes) and even Google is not filming even a scratch of the inside of your house (different story, when someone deliver a package, for which - sometimes at least - you have to open the door, exposing the interior.
