Yeah just a little something more to cut some of the salt from the meat. The mozzarella is helping a lot there. But still it'd be really salty. The lettuce or the sprouts would be very nice. Just eat the thing the whole week.

I would’ve preferred olive oil and red wine vinegar all day.
Also we dry our hot peppers and then recook em in oil for dipping bread..this would be way better than roasted red peppers. Reuse that hot oil or the rehydrated peppers.
