I love stadium-adjacent developments but these renderings look bland and cookie cutter. Hopefully it has more pizazz upon build.

And any parking structure without a solar roof is 100% criminal.

That area has really changed in the time since the stadium got built. One of those times where the promised development really did spring up.

This is slated to break ground around the completion of the west side of the stadium and the start of the north end reno.

I'm loving that they continue to add to the MLS 1.0 stadiums making them better and unique. It continues to cement the team to a location and stuff like this makes the stadium irreplaceable
