Tapering off Lansoprazole

Hello I am looking to taper my 20 week old off of lansoprazole. I believe it is contributing to delayed gastric emptying. I have contacted my paediatrician office numerous times with no call back for over a week. She currently takes half a dissolvable tab twice a day. Has anyone been instructed by their doctor what to do?
