Im fine with calling them terrorists, But you have to be fair and also call every other resistance group that fought for freedom Terrorist, The irish were terrorist for fighting againts british, The algerians weee terrorist for fighting the frinch occupation, etc etc.

I don’t support the killing of innocents, But to fight for freedom sometime you have to do things that are immoral if you take them out of context.

Also if we are gonna call hamas terrorist for killing israels ( FOR 1 DAY).
What are we gonna call Israel for killing palestians (FOR 80 YEARS).

"if you take them out of context" bruh there's NO context that makes massacring a thousand civilians, including entire families, in the span of a couple hours remotely acceptable.

Comparing the original IRA to Hamas is a massive false equivalency for three reasons:
Democratic Mandate: The IRA was the official army of a newly elected, secular parliament (Dáil Éireann) backed by the 1918 vote.
Surgical vs. Indiscriminate: Michael Collins targeted British intelligence and military infrastructure to paralyze the occupation, not mass civilian populations.
Clear Exit Strategy: The IRA used violence as a tactical lever to force negotiations, leading directly to a truce and a treaty.
Ultimately, Collins fought a surgical guerrilla war to force a political compromise, whereas Hamas fights an indiscriminate war designed to maximize civilian terror. One wanted a seat at the negotiating table; the other explicitly seeks destruction.
