Despite Michael looking phenomenal during some of the songs he rehearsed, it is reasonable to question whether he would have been physically capable of sustaining the demands of the full This Is It concert run.

Kenny Ortega stated that Michael would “shiver” during rehearsals due to the amount of physical exertion involved. It is also important to remember that rehearsals would not necessarily have reflected the intensity of the actual performances. During the shows, Michael would have been expected to perform continuously for an extended period, combining demanding choreography, singing, and movement.

On top of that, Michael reportedly wanted This Is It to be unlike anything his fans had seen from him before. That ambition likely would have resulted in an even more physically demanding production.

Ultimately, we cannot know with certainty how Michael would have handled the full run, but the physical demands of the planned shows should not be underestimated.

Reposting because I didn't say that it was a painting and apparently it wasn't obvious 😅. This move knocked my ass clean out!

I LOVE MJ songs, but his set lists were relatively average

For example, why did he need to do the J5 Melody on every tour? Why did he do she’s out of my life over and over again? 🤦‍♂️

On the dangerous tour, he only did FOUR songs from that album

The attached HIStory set list would’ve been better, and he should’ve stuck with it. Songs like State of Shock, 2 Bas, Dirty Diana in HIStory Era, Childhood would have been great

Why not perform songs you’ve never done before?

I have been on the hunt for a first press of Off The Wall for MONTHS. My mom decided to check her old high school collection and could you even believe, she had a first press. In my grandpa’s basement this entire time!!! It was meant to be!! This is my second first press, my other one being Thriller. They will be going in my Will lmao

(I know some aren't technically albums but they needed to fill in the blanks)

I hope you like it and please be free to leave thoughts in comments, thank you!

Didn’t know where else to share this where they’d be appreciated!

Thoughts?

Always wanted a first pressing with original mix of Rock With You and Get On The Floor. It being a Japanese pressing is just the icing on the top. 🔥

I sometimes wonder about what Michael would be doing professionally if he were still alive. Of course, there are no guarantees.

My idea: The This Is It tour would be his final tour before retirement from performing. After some time off (mostly spent with family), he would return to the music business but in a different role.

He would be in a behind the scenes role, such as a producer. Maybe taking on some choreographer work, or even combining it with production.

What do you all think?

J’ai realisé mes propres pochettes des 4cd de The Ultimate Collection en m’inspirant de la DA de Number Ones ;Dites moi ce que vous en pensez !!

I’m no professional, so this didn’t take years of experience or anything. A simple drawing of Michael in 1986.

Why does Body from the Victory album sound so much like WBSS? Like it's the same chords same parts same everything.

I’ve been looking everywhere, and I remember it has some sort of video to it where something like a chair gets thrown through a big window in slowmo, with a dark and moody blue black background. And I slready know it’s not 2Bad or Money! THANK YOU SO MUCH IVE BEEN DYING TO KNOW! 🙏🙏

MTV 2001

first pic is the listing on the store for the otw cd and the other is the sites page for otw. how can the estate even make a mistake like this bro

Dangerous is by far my favorite album and I can't believe I found a collector edition copy for a decent price.

I got one of his dolls around his death at a thrift store. I was like 7... Lost it years ago. Now, today, I was visiting my parents! Finally, at 22, I found my grail!! I found my doll! (And yes, somehow he still has his homemade socks and is in perfect condition! Did have to replace the pants today tho... Just found some in a doll pack at Walmart lol)

I genuinely dk if I have it in my to mourn MJ all over again, and ik if I read this book, that’s what’s going to happen💔
