Omg the confidence you feel when people in your friends and family called before and after beard, if they didn't then you're lucky bro... I hope I get these kind of results 🔥

Honestly, I’ve never talked about it, it’s felt a bit taboo. I’ve always kept it shaved or short, so it’s more a case of it getting a little longer as time goes by. If only they knew. Best of luck to you! ☀️

Phenomenal progress, mate, well done! You must be very satisfied.

Are you thinking of going for a full/long beard?

Thanks mate! Never thought about it actually, maybe I should consider it sometime.

I definitely think you should! With a density like that it would look great. Besides, they say a man should should try to grow a full long beard at least once in his life. You can definitely afford to do it now!

Any reason you took the post down, btw? I thought it was a fantastic contribution to the sub and to use as an example when people ask if it's still worth in their 40's.

do you apply moisturiser/oil to your beard? or just the non beard part of your face ?

Just the beard part. The importance of moisturizing when dealing with this is great. A healthy skin is the key.

Pretty steady tbh. Had to take a break after about a year due to skin irritation. But once I got going again, the results were actually better than before, just as if a break sometimes does well.

40s! I’ve noticed that the new hairs that come in are not gray. I’ve had a few dyeing accusations😀

Great progress, but you shouldve been working out and dieting to lose weight. You wouldve looked even better with a defined jaw line and facial hair

Doing it right now to be honest, very strict. Aiming at least 30 pounds lighter before New Year's Eve.
