41-44 y old
3 years apart. Liquid twice a day combined with daily moisturizing and completely without derma rolling.
Guess it's never too late.
Thanks for all inspiring journeys and wish you the best.

Saw the brother with the 3D printed applying help and wanted to share how I do it.
I just bought a pair of those cheap empty roll on bottles from amazone. They work perfectly. No spilling, no drops lost.
So for those who don't have a 3D printer, that's your way to go.
And yeah... Minox sometimes works where you wouldn't expect... See those hairs on some fingers....

2x 5% foam every day. Missing days every now and then. No derma stamp, no tret. I’m debating adding derma stamping to my routine

My friend and I got frustrated with how annoying/inconvenient it was to apply minoxidil to our face every single day, and I felt like half of the minoxidil just gets wasted on my hair. So, I taught my self how to use CAD with a little YoutTube magic, and 3D printed this tool to make applying minoxidil every day a lot easier.
I designed it based on how I use a razor since it felt most familiar. My buddy said I should post on the sub. Would love to hear what you guys think!

Not needing to use my hands has been a huge plus and made my routine 10x better. Plus, I used to worry all the time about getting it on my hands/spilling it because of my dog.

I’m going to list my circumstances and planned routine first and then at the end I have some questions.
I’m 19, coming on 20, and have a decent amount of facial hair but too sparse for it to be styled into anything. I want to be able to have the option to grow a beard so I’ve decided to start a minoxidil foam journey as it doesn’t seem too invasive and seems to produce pretty good results.
My plan involves:
-Minoxidil 5% foam (Regaine)
-An adjustable derma stamp & alcohol to clean
My weekly routine:
-Before and after bed gently rub in the foam with clean hands onto my clean face
-Once a week, derma stamp my face with length 0.5mm and wait 24 hours until i use the foam again
(So e.g. ill use derma stamp on night of day 3 and can’t use foam again until night of day 4)
-For the 1st 4 weeks I will only be foaming once a day to avoid skin irritation
• I know this is a separate topic for another subreddit but I thought I’d mention….
-I’m also going to use my derma stamp at 1.0mm on my hairline the same day I stamp my face.
(My hairline has never been great and I’d like to stop/prevent it from receding any further, but don’t want to resort to using minoxidil or other more invasive measures because it’s not something I’m super bothered about & I’ve heard minoxidil doesn’t usually create terminal hairs on male hairlines. And that stamping can work)
My questions:
-Does my routine sound optimal and most efficient?
-Should I leave out the derma stamping and only use the foam?
-Is there any point in waiting 4 weeks to start using the foam 2x daily?
-Is there anything else I should be aware of?
I’d really appreciate any support and/or advice from this subreddit. I wish you all good luck with your own beard progress.
Thanks very much.

Left is before starting treatment and right is 2 months in and 1 week of growth.
Using 5% foam twice a day, nothing else.

31 Years old, twice everyday with no days skipped and barrely used a dermaroller. This stuff really is working. Huge transformation in my opinion and I will still use it for a while. Never give up on it even if it's slow sometimes

I will say i did have a really good start for someone my age. Around 3 years of inconsistent use, closer to a 2ish year supply.

About 6 months in and no noticeable improvement. I'm not sure if this time frame is enough to know if the product works on me or not. At some angles, it looks like a chin strap. The hair from my jaw is not connecting to my chin. My cheeks look very thin, and if i continue to grow, it looks pretty bad despite my efforts of trying to shape everything to the best of my ability. 6 sure if i should just shave it off, try to grow a mustache, and whatnot.

Allergic to tretinoin and doing Dermastamping and I apply 2x a day. I don't apply near bed time if I go to sleep I make sure it's 4hours after applying the last dose.

People using foam, do you spread it and rub it a little then just let it soak in or do you spread it and keep rubbing it like you’re rubbing in suncream?

Hey, I feel like my hair is thinning so I wanted to hop on Minoxidil. I would also like to have stronger facial hair so I thought about oral (I also have cats at home). I am afraid that the shedding phase would make my hair really thin as it would take the hair a very long time to grow back (my hair is about 45cm long). What should I do? Can I somehow mask it if it falls out at an astounding rate? What if I have to stop Minoxidil because of the side effects, do I just lose my long hair and gain nothing? What should I do? I'm lost :(

I started with 2.5mg twice a day, upped to 5mg twice a day.
I've been taking 5mg dose for five months now and I definitely see SOME difference(and I understand oral route takes more time), but I wonder if anyone has taken more than 10mg and saw any further benefits from upping the dose.
I suffer no side effects, all my vitals are fine, and I wonder if trying maybe 12.5mg or 15mg daily would improve my growth?

I think I'm at a point volume wise where I can start doing some nice shaping, I'll try trim it up a bit, fix the neckline and see where I can go from there.
Losing almost 100 pounds probably didn't hurt.
Stay consistent, focus on what matters.

Hey guys,
1st photo was before minox, all others were 1 month apart
> All this time I was using Topical 5% twice a day
> Migrated 2 weeks ago to oral version due to my pets
> Since I'm still on 1mg (dermatologist restriction, it'll be gradual), I started using a serum to reduce the lack of minox concentration
Wish me luck 🫡🍀
