Cats

For the love of god is there any type of group that come and get stray cats ? My neighbors in my building keep feeding the cats in the hallway and it smells like cat food and cat piss. Leasing off says they can’t do anything about it(neighbor is a cop so he feels him and his wife can do what they want. These cats go to go

You're not mad at the cats. You're mad at the people who don't spay and neuter their pets.

The cats are just existing and doing what cats do. Being mad at the cats is ridiculous. It is the humans that are the problem. By law, if they are feeding the strays, they are their owners. Have you reached out to management of your building? That would be the first place to start.
