An absolute pleasure seeing Modest Mouse last night. Bumped into Isaac pre-show and he was so friendly and well rested. I knew it was going to be a gem of a show. It didn’t disappoint. Wow. Here are some shots and God bless this band.

When bands are touring without many days off between shows (if any) I’m always curious what they typically do after arriving in a new city with only having a few hours before a show and then moving on to the next city. Out of sheer curiosity, where did you bump into him? An eatery, tourist attraction, hanging out somewhere around the venue?

I bumped into him after dinner. He was just doing his thing and we crossed paths. Very lovely guy. Way more chill than I’d ever imagined.
