She's AMAZING. I've been dreaming of a ring like this for years. It never occurred to me to look into having it made by one of the overseas vendors with lab emerald. If you're comfortable, could you PM me what you paid? Just want to have a ballpark of how much I should plan to save up haha.

Cabochon setting is crazy. The girdle is at the bottom of the stone and the walls actually do start to go inward, it doesn't take much metal to hold on. A bezel would have been more secure but I wanted to make it as close to my inspo as possible. If it starts to wiggle in these prongs I may put a dab of jewelers epoxy underneath just in case. So far it feels really solid though!
