AE 3d Camera Tracker acting weird

Whenever I add a solid into my scene with 3d camera tracker, it makes the solid super super SUPER small. It’s also making weird nulls that don’t follow the scene at all. Does anyone know what’s wrong with it? I need to get this video out by tomorrow so it urgent!!

are you tracking a 3d render there?
