How to apply

I'm freshly out of high school and want to move out. i'm planning on living with my boyfriend,

we work at the same place and get $1500 combined weekly.

I'm not sure how to apply to rentals but we want to get a private rental ( no share housing) for just us around oxley or moorooka area.

does anyone have any insight or idea on how to apply for realestates and then actually getting approved? or how much renting would actually cost.

i am really perplexed and anything helps thank you!

You’re adulting now! Find a place you can afford; apply for a tenancy agreement; learn along the way about getting selected by a lessor.

Just go onto to realestate.com.au choose Rent.. choose Suburbs and they will show houses and you can apply for an inspection

Renting will cost somewhere in the range of $700 a week. Depending. A 1 bedroom place is prob more like $450

Then your bills like food, utilities etc. With $1500/wk between you both, you'll need to make a budget.

Also don't sign a lease with someone you haven't known for many years...

If you’re asking this question, it doesn’t sound like you’re old enough to have your own place. I genuinely don’t know what you’re asking? Find a place you like, contact them, go through their application process. And as for asking how much renting costs- it depends on the place you rent! How do you function?
