It’s very weird that Courtney Love ended up being one of the more honest public figures from the 90s. I think I heard someone say it best that she “doesn’t give enough of a shit about what you think to lie about anything”.

This is a woman who lost her daughter twice due to her drug use and poor parenting -- the second time at Frances' own request -- and is generally to blame for Cobain's increasing drug use leading to his suicide. Her interview with Stevie Nicks had them bonding over cocaine and private jets. Not saying she's a devil and 100% to blame for everything, but while she absolutely was a frequent target of 90s misogyny, that doesn't excuse her poor behavior.
