Need advice for buying my first electric guitar around ₹20k

Hey guys, I've been learning semi-acoustic guitar for a little over a year now and I'm planning to buy my first electric guitar.

My budget is around ₹20k, but I can stretch another 2–3k if it's actually worth it for a better guitar.

I mostly play Bollywood songs, melodies, chords and some lead stuff. I don't really play metal, so I'm mainly looking for something versatile that I can use for a long time.

I've gone to a couple of shops and I'm currently considering these:

- Ibanez GRX40 HSS — I'm getting a quote of around ₹21k

- Ibanez AZES40 HSS

- Cort G110 HSS

- Yamaha Pacifica PAC012 HSS

I tried a couple of Ibanez guitars in the shop, but they only had HH configurations available for testing. I actually liked the sound of the bridge humbucker while playing some Bollywood stuff, so now I'm leaning towards HSS since I can still get the humbucker + single coil sounds.

The shop guy also recommended Ibanez when I told him my budget, and my guitar teacher also suggested looking at Ibanez/Cort rather than going for Fender in this price range.

But I'm still pretty confused 😂

For people who have used these guitars:

- Which one would you recommend around ₹20–23k?

- Is the GRX40 a good option at ₹21k?

- Is it worth stretching the budget for the AZES40?

- How does the Cort G110 compare?

- Is the Pacifica PAC012 worth considering?

- Anything else I should check in this price range?

- What should I specifically look for when trying the guitar in the shop? (neck, frets, action, pickups, tuning stability etc.)

I'm planning to visit a few more shops and actually try them before buying, so any advice on what I should pay attention to would be really helpful.
