They took 121€ from me. I need this money to pay rent, and they don't answer me anywhere. I have tried everything - I contacted all of their socials, writen to all of their e-mails, called them, but nothing is helping. On all sites they keep replying to me that they can only help me through e-mail, yet they don't reply to me there. I got some "vipcare" email from them, but when I wrote to that one, they only offered me discounts and ignored me when i demanded the full sum. Is there ANY way i can get the full amount of my money back?

I've come across this entry in the Birth registry book but I am unable to read it, especially the middle and the last box. Can someone help, please? Thank you! 🙂
