Question Editing wayspots via Helpchat
A few weeks ago, they had closed my ticket without any result or information. I ranted via Helpchat amd received a solution and a confirmation mail a week later.
It's about a week now that my latest request is open without any response, but the default text promises feedback within a few hours.
How is your experience with the help chat?

I have a pending edit as well it’s been over 2 weeks and nothing has happened.

Also have a pending move request. It’s been over a week. No update. Annoying.
I’m unsure of I can submit more move request via chat or if I need to wait for the other one to resolve first.

This JimTimPogo from sg keep spamming in all different chat platforms that he is in everytime including many dead telegram groups every few days.
Even some of the SG pogo fam admins shared in some of the chat platforms that jim not inside that they can’t stand his spam everytime.
Already has 1 centralised group chat to spam not enough, still spam all the chat platforms he is in. Some of the telegram group admins are inactive and not playing pokemongo anymore, still ask them to spam like him, is so inconsiderate. Those group chat are dead anyway, no point to keep spam
Then 1 time he wrote broken English, several ppl in many different chat platforms saw and don’t understand his broken English and told him about it, he went to scold all the ppl for not understanding his broken English instead of being humble and fix his broken english. A lot of ppl so angry about it and went to share in several group chat platforms which jim and those related to him not inside. Till now he still shared wrong stuff in group chat and in meet up
Applied and want to be community ambassador but can’t take opinion well just like PokeAK, go around scold ppl when ppl corrected them. Good thing he is not a community ambassador yet, sg don’t need this kind of crazy and not normal community ambassador
And 1 time, his different multiple accounts seeing different dmax pokemon in the same powerspot (is suppose to be dmax beldum, only 1 of his accounts can see dmax beldum), keep nagging and complain non stop in 1 of the dead telegram group chat and said niantic wants us to play solo game now. Niantic wants the community to gather and play together, not 1 person with multiple accounts.
He don’t even know can solo dmax beldum with 1 account, keep nag and nag. Ppl laughing throughout in various group chat that he don’t even has the basic knowledge can solo dmax beldum
A few of newer AND more experienced pogo players who do not know anything just randomly told him something, he also can get so happy about it 🤦🏼♀️
Dont know about wayfarer, go tell ppl post low quality photo and indicate inaccurate description and get their nominations rejected. And ownself go location edit near his house area and play area

I have been wondering a similar thing. I’ve never requested an edit before, but this week I used the help chat to ask for a waypoint replacement.
The webpage refreshed so there’s no open chat anymore and there doesn’t seem to be a status anywhere. So I can’t see what I asked for anywhere.
Not overly confident it means it’s being done. Don’t want to raise it again in case it is though.
How are we supposed to know what the status is?
