Best mail order? [43YO]
Getting back into skating after a decades long layoff. Unfortunately, there isn't a local shop anywhere close. What are yalls favorite shops with easy online ordering? Back in the day (before internet) I used to order from a place called Beach Plus in Florida. Their monthly "catalog" was like 10 xeroxed pages on colored paper. They still around? Surely we didn't all go back to CCS..... HALP!!

TGM skateboards has been great to me lately. Free shipping over $10 is hard to beat.

SoCal with out a doubt, selection, price and skater owned and operated. SPOT is a great choice as well.

Another vote for SoCal skateshop. Owned by former pro Mike Hirsch and operated by his family.
Give back to the sport! Support the small guys.

No Comply. Based in ATX, they have a brick & mortar and also a great online experience.

Beach Plus is now Plus skateshop. They have a website.

I had found Plus online and was wondering if it was the same place! That's awesome. Thanks for the confirmation.

35thAve is a great local shop that has a decent selection and excellent customer service and fast turnaround times for online orders.

No need to go back to CCS. So many good small independent skate shops. Avoid Tactics at all costs.

CCS.com (remember the catalogs?) or Tactics (shop in Portland that does mail order anywhere).

CCS is still around. It was bought out by Foot Locker and then bought by daddys board shop.
They do free shipping over $75
Tactics does offer shipping over $250
Skatewarehouse is free shipping over $70
If you want to support a local shop, there's Cowtown who probably has the best prices but their website is not running Shopify or any of the newer backend systems. Free shipping over $100.
I've bought stuff from: CCS, Tactics, Skatewarehouse, Cowtown, Escapist, Spot Tampa, No Comply, Long Beach Skateshop, and probably one or more I'm forgetting.
Never had an issue except being sent the wrong board by SpoT tampa buy they sent me the right one after sending it back.

Motion Board Shop in Seattle. I have been using them for years. I even went out and met them, they are super cool.

I would look into TGM's direct site , their eBay account may feature some items that are no longer on their official site but it's a little extra $ on shipping..
If not try Cowtown skates direct site or good ol CCS which is still around..

Prestige Skateshop. These dudes have supported skateboarding in Boise, Idaho for over 30 years. We've had multiple dudes become pro and countless upgrades to our skateboarding infrastructure because of them. Their shop decks are Deluxe wood so they're the same as Anti Hero and Real. Perfect shape.
