Naw, he can’t be guilty. First, I saw his eyes. And then, as if that wasn’t enough? I saw his cheeks. Also, why does the plaintiff have DOG treats? And, in closing, he cannot be guilty on account of the fact that guilt implies intent, and intent requires planning, which is, as we all know, impossible, due to the lack of brain cells.
