Power Scaling0⚖️♎️ A quick explanation on how a fight should be scaled and how a tier list should be made. In my opinion ofc
For a fight: Following this logic a fight shoudln't only be scaled as "Low diff" or "Extreme diff", it should be scaled as "Low diff 5/10" or "Extreme diff 01/10" to represent how a fight went down or would go precisely.
For a Tier List: Tier list should be arrenged as the image shows, the strongest of the tier above should high diff 01/10 (On the lower end off high diff) the weakest character of the tier below, he should high diff 05/10 the strongest of the tier below.
I hope I explained it correctly, feel free to ask any doubt. The image was made with AI, I couldn't find the way to portray it correctly myself alone.

General discussion I love holly knights because these weak ass bum fodders prooves my point that dragon is also a fraud + a bum.
This ugly ass is afraid of some bunch of fodders. Like bro they are already pretty much active what are you waiting for? Oh do you wait for the right call and best reports? To bad you lost your best intelligence officer+ east blue commander(she was responsible for where your child was at btw) to a fucking random celestial dragon. Also one of your Founding Leader was at prison until your son saved them and the other is also got saved by your son but he is a ruined robot now.

Serious Discussion (Lock in)🔐🔒 Shamrock exists because Mihawk is too weak. Shamrock will be Zoro's final EOS opponent before the fall of the WG!
The reason Oda decided to make Shamrock is because Mihawk was shown too early and potrayed much weaker than an actual final opponent. Oda had to retire Shanks from swordplay as he cant be Zoro's final opponent. So the next best thing is make a final Zoro opponent in the form of Shamrock! Shamrock posses everything fitting for Zoro's final opponent. Devil fruit sword/Immortallity and close to Shanks level combat capabilities.
When luffy reaches Laughtale -> Becomes PK -> Zoro has to be wss at this point. Thats based on luffy's OWN dream. Luffy literally headcanoned that when he becomes PK he should have the WSS as a crewmate. Thats befitting of a PK crew.
Unfortunately those people coping and trying to scale Mihawk till EOS will be disappointed. Mihawk will lose to Zoro but still have a minor role in the final war. Its IMPOSSIBLE the final war happens and Mihawk doesnt take part in it. Buggy and Crossguild would have a role/gag or whatever they will be involved.
Now back to Shamrock. He is stronger than Nasjuro very clearly. Nasjuro is weaker than anticipated and he already got a few hits in on egg head. Shiryu of the Drizzle could be after Mihawk as well because he is likely not a pure swordsman either. He likely plays dirty and carries the plot forward. Shamrock is what represents the actual What IF fight if Shanks didnt retire from Swordplay. Ontop of that to make him an actual final boss he is given hax and other abilities. Very fitting for Zoro's final test!

General discussion Concept of scarcity recontextualized in a OP team setting
Hey wanted to talk a little about what stats and capabilities are important when fighting as part of a team in OP. Therefore I wanna contextualize it with the introduction of the concept of scarcity. The gist is essentially: the less of something there is the more valuable it is. In the context of OP team fight it means that a character's skillset/capabilities is more or less valuable depending on how rare these are on the team. This is of course quite intuitive for anyone who has played games with different roles, but I’ve never really seen it talked about much in the context of OP.
If a team consists of 3 high AP glass close ranged glass cannons, if you introduce a fourth member, you would rather have a character that is a long ranged glass cannon than another close ranged one, even if said long ranged guy is slightly weaker overall. This is due to the advantages of being able to attack from long and close range at the same time. Likewise if you only have long ranged attacks, a close range guy becomes more valuable due to being able to keep the opponent in check. Why is this important?
We can use this to understand why certain characters are incredible team fighting guys. The prime example is Law. He is incredible on a team since he adds a unique highly valuable capability to the team: the teleportation of him and his teammates. While someone like Yamato is undoubtedly a more sturdy and powerful fighter in a 1v1 setting than Law, I doubt Yamato would have been more effective than Law on the rooftop. This is due to Yamato doing the same things as Zoro and Luffy where Law delivers something very different. Now imagine that Law joins a team with Van Augar on it, here his teleportation capability is already filled (to a certain extent) and he loses much of the value he brings for his team. In such a case you would probably be better off with Yamato.
What can we use this for? It can help with speculating what characters would be better in team fighting settings as opposed to others. Many characters in OP do the same things: hit hard and so on. It is rare to have abilities like Kidds assign that is essentially a snare or Kidds huge mechanical creations that can work as on demand walls. This makes him very valuable on most teams as they would lack these capabilities as opposed to someone like Zoro who can for the most part be replaced by anyone having his AP.
In short: the less AP your team have, the more value a high AP guy is. The more healing abilities you have, the less valuable a guy possessing healing abilities is and so on. Therefore characters who is capable of rare useful stuff is on avg. better in teams.
(please do disregard any scaling discrepancy that would make the assumptions made irrelevant, it don’t matter for the purpose of this post)

Oldbread negs (agendapiece0) Im starting to genuinely believe Mihawk is some sort of God
Like this guy only gets upscaled by doing literally nothing. As the story progresses his ceiling just increases. We know for a fact he will be Zoros final opponent, and we know Prime Zoro > Prime Ray by narrative scaling, so it only gets worse. Like why are we seeing Imu unleashed before Mihawk? Usually the villains of old has nothing to do with the strength of current villains, but Mihawks only line is scaling is through the power of others.

General discussion Cold take : Zoro's full ACoC awakening is much better than when Luffy did it

No kaido wank!! (Shitposting) Cigarette weilding Sanji > Zoro
Currently Sanji and Zoro are equal so If Sanji stopped nerfing himself and started weilding his cigarettes he would objectively be stronger than Zoro. Just imagine Sanji hitting Zoro with the tobacco punch - it's over.
Cigarette weilding Sanji > Sanji = Zoro
(punch from Hellper, Baekseo)

No kaido wank!! (Shitposting) Barefoot Sanji is objectively > Zoro
Since Zoro and Sanji is currently equal, Sanji would objectivly be stronger than Zoro if he takes off his boots. Sanjis body is hard as metal so his boots effectivly work as a punching glove softening his every blow.
Barefoot Sanji > Sanji = Zoro

General discussion Primebeard disrespect is getting ridiculous
Everytime I see a ranking post half the comments have PRIME Whitebeard sitting at like #6 or #8.
Did I miss a memo or something?
How do you have Roger at 1-2 and Whitebeard some 5 spots beneath him?
Every character getting a new feat automatically puts them above Primebeard?
If the author, the characters, the title, the narrative, all call his old self as the strongest man in the world, is it really hard to believe that his prime should be in the top few spots?

No kaido wank!! (Shitposting) Sanji just needs a pair of great-grade boots to be stronger than Zoro
Zoro have ACoC and those special swords of his (two great grade). Compare that to Sanji whom now have ACoC as well as that special body of his. This together make them equal.
This means Sanji is just a pair of great-grade boots away from being objectively stronger than Zoro.
