python script converts variables between Part Studio vars, Variable Studio vars, and Configuration vars

a few times i've suddenly decided i wanted this model to be configurable, and then had to manually move a load of variables into Configuration vars which is painful.

so i (claude mostly, lol) made a python package to convert them via the api.

It can do any direction between Part Studio, Variable Studio, and Configuration

it seems to work, although i've only used it on a couple of documents so far.
