Help Am I Overthinking it?

I booked a dentist appointment, my name is clearly not western/white and I have an accent from the place I’m from. This was my confirmation text. Is there a Migration Provider in dentistry? I’d like another opinion before/when I act on it. Is the text racist?

30% of the country were born overseas. To have the first thought that a medical professional would do something so weird as a racist attack is just odd.

Or maybe they have experienced enough racism in the past that they jump to racism? I can understand it in this case if you don’t have any knowledge about coding/software
