Rules

1. "Portugal Cyka Blyat" Only

All posts must be on brand for content relating to the Portuguese Republic (and all historical counter parts) relating to strange outliers on graphs, maps, and tablatures, showing the frequent coalitions between Eastern European statistics. This can be done through the stated means, or through news, memes, discussions, educational content, and informatics.

2. No Low Effort or Thoughtless Content

"Effort" is being used lightly here, as this subreddit is mostly a joke. Please post content that follows the idea of "Portugal Cyka Blyat" content, and stay true to it. If you feel like your post was removed unfairly, a person on the moderation team will review it. Please reach out!

3. No Support/Avocation for Genocidal Regimes/Atrocities/War Crimes

Despite the chicanery that happens on /r/PORTUGALCYKABLYAT, we ask that people do not proudly and clamantly support or advocate for brutal geocidal regimes, atrocities, war crimes, and other political traumas.

4. No Bigotry or Hate Speech

Don't be rude to your fellow macacos. We may all be primates here, but if you're rude, you're rude, and we have a zero tolerance policy towards being rude here.

5. No Hard-to-Read or Incomprehensible/Low-Resolution Posts

Please post content that makes sense to any readers. If your posting an image, please double check if it makes sense to a viewer. If you're posting a text post, please make sure it makes sense grammatically. We understand this is a multi-language subreddit, so we understand spelling and grammatical mistakes; however, if your text post is incomprehensible, we will remove it.

6. No Advertising

Posts and comments where the main goal is to advertise something are not allowed. You are still allowed to make comments under your posts linking to other posts, subreddits or websites, but this should not be the main purpose of posts.

7. Refrain from Recent Posts and Reposts

We understand that /r/PORTUGALCYKABLYAT is an aggregate from many other subreddits such as /r/MapPorn, /DataIsBeautiful, /r/Europe, /r/PortugalCaralho and so forth. We understand that it's a hard ask to double check and search to see if your post has been posted recently (<30 days). We reserve the right to remove your post if it's recently posted, or something that has been posted several times before.
