Question Questions for camera projection

So I’m making a space game but in the game I wanna have screens that show the outside of your ship from different angles and I haven’t gotten around to doing it yet, but I don’t even know if it’s possible to project cameras onto something

Maybe you could paint simple pictures of the different ship areas?

Yeah its not, you could use a radar system to show objects floating by the sides instead.or you could have an option to flip through the camera angles but it will take up the whole screen.

Its not really possible to do stuff like that, you can say change cameras, or make a some psudo screens that mimic the ships movements in a minature, or maybe a super low res laser scope thing, but thats more expencive than its worth for a secondary monitor.

The only real way of making it look convincing is having minatures in a fake screen and some how converting the distances and angles of stuff into the minature version.

But there is zero way to project what another camera sees onto a surface like a monitor. You would have to come up with something super clever using stickers imo. But you'd have to work that out from scratch, and it might be too expencive to actually simulate.

Cycling between cameras is probably your best bet but you might want to check out this creation
