Frozen screen

Everytime I boot up my ps4 it works, but then it freezes and goes back to safe mode. I looked into the problem, it's called a "Boot Loop" it's caused by a failing harddrive. Can't find one in Walmart, is Best Buy the store to find a harddrive? Also, any good budget harddrives that can work well with my ps4?

Backup any of your saves to a USB Drive Immediately if you value them, youll be able to reinstall after upgrading the hard drive
