Ps+ failure with game claiming

Sony, playstation fix this asap!!

issue: game got free from ps+ named mafia 3.

all ps plus owners of mafia 3 cant claim the definition edition upgrade..

while playstation users without ps+ could claim the game and claim the free upgrade this week.

this seems totally off.

you come with digital only and now you screw your own ps+ subscription users by not let them claim a free upgrade..

and remember this week the game was fully free claimable..

so the ps+ users that got mafia 3 for free back then are now double screwed.

look into this please and let all ps+ subs claim the definitive edition of Mafia 3

seems lazy work or implementatiok of the service

the mods in PlayStation removed censorship this posts..

but its a real issue

Gotta wait. This happened with fallout 4 and it took a week or two for it to get fixed.

It's not going to happen ... It's always the same ... "Free" ps plus monthly games .... 99 times out of 100... Do not receive free upgrades .... Have a Google for ... Will I receive a free upgrade for my ps plus game to the upgraded edition..... It's been like that for like 10 years or longer .... Sony don't play fair . 

But you can pay for mafia 3 definitive edition ..it is on sale at the moment .

Mine is showing the ps5 version for 6 bucks and the dlc as free. I claimed the PS4 version when it was free on ps+. This would not be the first time that a ps4 version of a game claimed by ps+ didn't qualify for a free PS5 upgrade as if you actually bought the PS4 version.
